About the role

As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technical strategy, leading development teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Experience in crypto products and banking solutions is essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and navigate regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the company's overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing development and technical teams.
3. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based solutions, financial products, and related systems.
4. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technological systems and infrastructure.
5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver innovative features and user experiences.
6. Engage effectively with Chinese-speaking partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in crypto, banking, and real estate sectors.
8. Manage technology vendors, partnerships, and third-party integrations.
9. Establish best practices for software development, quality assurance, and IT operations.
10. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and industry-specific regulations.
11. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, focusing on crypto products, banking solutions, and financial services.
• Proven experience in software development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and banking systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading technical projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
