As the Head of Talent & Performance,

You’ll collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team andSenior Leadership Team to drive innovative talent solutions, enhanceperformance management, and elevate our talent practices.

You’ll be at the forefront of developing and implementingstrategies for talent retention, growth, and development, while alsodriving the adoption of cutting-edge talent and performancetechnologies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building ahigh-performing culture, strengthen our talent pipeline, and provideinsights that will accelerate both individual and organizationalgrowth. We are looking for a dynamic leader to shape the future oftalent management at SIMA.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate, co-create and be a thought partneron talent (Succession Planning and Development) and performancemanagement to SLT, Strategic Business Partner and Associates. Developimplement policy and frameworks around talent and performance. Drivecadence on talent conversations. Develop targeted interventions basedon business needs, address critical issues.
  • Lead and DriveHigh Performing Culture in SIMA with best in case change managementand initiatives.
  • Drive the annual Performance 123 process,not limited to goal-setting processes and year-end evaluations,Performance Improvements Plan and Individual Development Plans
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees oneffective performance conversations.
  • Drive a culture ofcontinuous feedback, accountability, and growth across all levels.That includes managing performance, giving and receiving feedback
  • Ensure performance outcomes are linked to talent decisions,including promotions, rewards, and development.
  • Drive end toend annual talent discussion, succession planning, and high-potentialdevelopment in Singapore & Malaysia.
  • Ensure discipline intalent review and post action plan of PDF. That includes and notlimited to Development Centres, HiPO and Critical talent poolmanagement & development, scouting and tracking of future leaders.Drive effective measure to ensure a robust talent pipeline and SIMA asa talent hub.
  • Champion internal mobility and developmentprograms: Develop a clear path and development guideline to enableassociates to get clarity on their career. Maintain the career pathdatabase and incorporate future of work skills and roles
  • Leads Leadership & High-Potential Development programs.Launch targeted high-potential and executive development programs.Collaborate with external partners, universities and consultants tobring world-class learning experiences to the organization (i.e. AICoaching Tools, STA policies)
  • Track key metrics (e.g.,performance distribution, attrition of top talent, development plancompletion) and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Utilize data,analytics, and talent dashboards to provide actionable insights tobusiness leaders
  • Providing topline and deep dive insights onTalent Health (attritions, promotions, ect)
  • Tailored insightsto business needs (frontline vs help sell function)
  • Alignmentof WTMM across SIMA from CEO to frontline

Qualifications

You will needto:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in BusinessManagement, Human Resources or anything relevant
  • Have totalrelevant experience of more than 10 years which includes experience asHR generalist, learning and talent development.
