Job Description
  • Lead and manage projects related to Sustainability, Green Finance, ESG & TCFD.
  • Responsible for achieving related business targets.
  • Develop business strategy and implement business plans.
  • Monitor the market to identify new services, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop relationships with industry associations to promote the business.
  • Assist and guide the sales team to secure contracts; provide technical support and serve as the SGS technical interface for clients.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the execution team (consultants, auditors, trainers, administrative staff).
  • Ensure operational KPIs for operations and technical management are met.
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in Green Finance/ESG; experience in these areas, sustainable finance, or corporate sustainability analysis is preferred.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Experience in writing Sustainability Reports (GRI preferred).
  • Experience working with corporate clients.
