Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols.

Supervise, train, and lead the security team (including auxiliary police, guards, etc.).

Monitor and manage access control systems, CCTV, and other security technologies.

Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.

Coordinate security for events, VIP visits, or emergency situations.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, or alarms and prepare detailed reports.

Liaise with government and law enforcement agencies when needed.

Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.

Prepare and manage the security department’s budget.

Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, medical, or criminal incidents.

Maintain security staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage.

Oversee the implementation of safety and evacuation procedures.
