Your new company
You will be joining a local organisation known for revolutionising public procurement through digital platforms. Their solutions have streamlined government procurement processes, promoting efficiency, transparency, and security. Your new role

As the Head of Sales, you will be reporting to the CEO. Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's revenue and market growth goals. Lead a high-performing team to consistently meet sales targets, ensuring strong revenue generation. Employ value-driven market penetration tactics and a disciplined solution-selling methodology to secure deals with measurable ROI.
  • Build a robust pipeline of B2B and SME sales prospects, emphasising corporate and tech-focused solutions. Strengthen the market presence through strategic engagements with executive-level clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive new revenue streams to achieve immediate success while fostering sustainable growth. Establish executive-level connections across industries, communities, and business groups to unlock sales opportunities.
  • Optimise and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Maintain precise, timely sales forecasting and deliver consistent updates to executive management. Ensure team-wide alignment in sales methodologies and execution strategies, while driving market penetration and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier sales talent, cultivating a culture of excellence and high performance. Motivate and align internal stakeholders, experts, and resources to overcome obstacles and achieve sales success. Offer consistent coaching, set performance benchmarks, and provide strong leadership to the sales team. Promote a cohesive and collaborative team environment by resolving conflicts and ensuring productive teamwork.
  • Remain informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to shape effective sales strategies. Facilitate seamless communication among internal teams, external partners, and customers. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand credibility and foster trust with key stakeholders. Continuously assess campaign objectives to ensure the execution and impact of all sales initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5-10 years of successful experience as a sales person with a proven track record in sales and clientele development in the IT Industry.
  • Experience of managing and developing a high-performing team with at least 5 headcounts.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity in dealing with B2B and SME-based clientele to acquire new deals and projects.
