Key Focus Areas
- Customer Experience Focus: Develop a superior customer journey tailored to gallery locations and segment requirements, ensuring positive visitor experiences, boosting sales, and achieving business objectives.
- Sales Team Development: Manage, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team. Provide continuous feedback on sales execution, customer interactions, team behavior, and campaign implementation.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient gallery operations that comply with company standards. Maintain flawless execution, compliance, and good governance of SOPs.
- Professional Competency: Plan and develop training programs focusing on competency, soft skills, and grooming.
Job Responsibilities
- Gallery Management: Conduct regular activities to assess customer experience through observations, staff and customer interactions, and environment evaluations. Ensure the gallery is welcoming, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity.
- Data Collection: Use standardized checklists to gather feedback on cleanliness, product placement, staff knowledge, pricing, displays, and customer interactions.
- Compliance and Governance: Verify adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns across audits, pinpoint issues, and study competitors’ store setups for insights.
- Communication: Share audit results with management, discuss corrective actions, and support ongoing improvements.
- Training Programs: Identify skill gaps, develop, and implement training focused on customer experience, sales techniques, and soft skills.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: Drive high NPS scores by ensuring a consistent, engaging buying journey, measuring satisfaction through surveys, and addressing customer pain points collaboratively. Source and lead training initiatives across galleries and sales staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 25 years of experience in sales or related fields
- Understanding of sales dynamics, retail environment, and operations
- Experience leading large teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and achieving results
- Ability to command respect, drive transformation, and lead change
