Head of Sales (Regional) – B2B Sector, Construction and Industrial

This role will be leading a significant sales team (>10pax) that targets both Malaysia and Singapore, driving revenue and ensuring timely project deliveries. You'll work with the Regional Director to create and execute sales and people management strategies. Role will be managing an annual revenue and turnover of >100mil.
What you'll be involved in:
Strategic Blueprint and Execution: Partner with senior stakeholders to conceptualize and deploy tailored market strategies, ensuring alignment with global standards across targeted geographies.
Project and Relationship Governance: Oversee designated initiatives, ensuring timely execution and fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Inter-Market Strategy: Synchronize market activities and strategies across designated regions, facilitating seamless implementation and stakeholder engagement.
