Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute business strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Lead the Sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and applications.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and key account management.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Represent company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12–15 years’ commercial/strategic experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Strong background in chemicals or manufacturing industry.
- Proven success in driving growth, expanding markets, and meeting revenue/profit targets.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
