Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute business strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Lead the Sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and applications.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and key account management.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance KPIs aligned with corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12–15 years’ commercial/strategic experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong background in chemicals or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven success in driving growth, expanding markets, and meeting revenue/profit targets.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
