Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Sales and Operations located in Johor Baharu. The Head of Sales and Operations will be responsible for leading and managing sales initiatives, supervising the operations team, and developing strategies to drive business growth and spearhead new product segments. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account management, implementing sales plans and acquiring new accounts, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and optimizing operational processes to meet targets and improve efficiency.
