Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
• Create action plans and effectively manage team leaders and sales staff.
• Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan.
• Work with the Dealer Principal to review forecasts.
• Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments.
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers.
• Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies (SOP).

Must be willing to work in PUCHONG/BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM.
