About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to join our talented team in Melaka. In this full-time leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and performance of our hospitality portfolio across the region. With a focus on identifying and capturing new business opportunities, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales solutions

Tracking and reporting on sales performance to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams

Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
