Job description

As a member of our esteemed organization, your role will encompass market research, sales consulting for both private individuals and corporations, and deal closure. You will benefit from the support of a highly experienced team, enabling you to acquire extensive knowledge and expertise in the domain of corporate services, finance, budgeting, and blockchain. Additionally, you will engage in structuring legal entities, obtaining licenses for financial, investment, and gambling companies, as well as identifying banking solutions for diverse businesses.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and fulfill the responsibilities of a Head of Sales:

Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

Designing the sales and distribution strategies. Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts andKPIreporting for the sales team.

Delivering exceptional customer service. Establishing guidelines for healthy, long term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Fostering relationships with new partners. Become an expert in our services offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our services.

Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales and company objectives.

Analyze company data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.

Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve and improve them.

Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Work with and influence cross functional teams (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales) to drive successful day-to-day operations and solutions deployments.

Cultivate the culture of excellence and accountability within the Sales team.

Manage both direct reports and project teams.

Providing the full knowledge of 5P’s in consultation and planning. (Purpose, People, Preparation, Process and Product.

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Supervising and investigating sales performance. Oversee the work produced by the teams.

Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques to solve complex customer issues.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher ( Marketing Management, Business Administration, International Relations and alike);

Proficient in English language (Knowledge of other languages is advantageous);

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a friendly work environment;

Motivated for professional growth and development within the company;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;

Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Successful previous experience in sales and marketing;

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
