Razer is seeking a Head of Risk Management for Razer Gold in Kuala Lumpur to lead the Risk Management Department across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. You will own the enterprise risk management framework, provide independent risk advice to the Board, and drive resilience across regulated e-money operations.

You will build and mentor the RMD team, govern risk frameworks, and oversee incident management, regulatory reporting, and third-party risk.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or operational risk management in regulated financial services.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for payment/e-money institutions.
• Hands-on experience with ERM, risk appetite, RCSA, KRIs, incidents and loss data.
• Ability to write Board-quality risk papers and present to Boards and Senior Management.
• Strong analytical, influencing and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, build and develop the Risk Management Department (RMD) team and set priorities.
• Own and maintain risk frameworks, policies and appetite statements; monitor breaches.
• Prepare risk reports for Management, Risk Committee and Boards; secretariat to Risk Committee.
• Oversee second-line review of controls, incident management and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate third-party/outsourcing risk framework and vendor assessments.
• Own BCM and business continuity; align with IT disaster recovery and cyber incident response.
• Provide independent risk advice to Boards and senior stakeholders.
