Job summary

Razer Inc. seeks a Head of Risk Management for Razer Gold in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the Risk Management Department across Malaysia and other jurisdictions, owning the ERM framework, KRIs and risk appetite.

You will provide independent risk guidance to the Board and management to support sound decisions and customer protection. Key focus includes governance, third-party risk, business continuity, and regulatory engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk, finance, IT or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or operational risk management in regulated sectors.
• Experience leading a risk management team and communicating with boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead RG's second-line risk function across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Own enterprise risk framework, policies and risk appetite statements.
• Prepare risk reports for Management, Risk Committee and Boards.
