Job summary

A leading recruitment company is seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to oversee the Group's Risk Function. The role requires a proven track record, strong leadership skills, and significant experience in managing financial, operational, and legal risks. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications, with fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in Risk Management from Commercial Risk Function.
• Track record of managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's Risk Function and lead a team.
• Conduct Risk Assessments for the group's activities.
• Implement processes and monitor effectiveness.

Job description

• Exciting role to managing the Group's Risk Function and leading an inspiring team of Risk professionals.
  
• In charge of all Risk Management activities relating to the business' evolving needs and activities
  
• Covering Risk Management, Reporting, Strategy to target the business' Financial, Operational, Legal Risks
  
• You will be leading in Risk Assessments for the group's current and future activities, implementing the appropriate processes and controls and monitoring the effectiveness of these strategies.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• >15 years experience in Risk Management from Commercial Risk Function
  
• Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, CMIIA, CIMA, CeIO, CSP)
  
• Track record of managing a team
  
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay
