Head of Retail Operations (Fashion Apparel)

• Overseeing the performance and efficiency of all retail stores, ensuring sales targets, customer experience, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and HQ functions to drive business growth and brand alignment.

Description

• Lead and manage overall retail operations to achieve sales targets, profitability, and operational excellence across all stores.
• Develop and implement retail strategies, SOPs, and performance standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Drive team performance through effective leadership, training, and succession planning for Area Managers and Store Managers.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and visual teams to optimize product assortment, store layout, and promotional execution.
• Monitor store KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Oversee expansion plans, new store openings, and renovations to ensure smooth execution and brand alignment.

Profile

• Proven experience in multi-store retail management, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop large, diverse teams.
• Commercially driven with a solid understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and store operations.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with merchandising and marketing teams.
• Adaptable, analytical, and customer-focused, with a keen eye for visual presentation and in-store experience.
