About the role

As the Head of Regional Business Group, you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth and expansion of the company's regional operations. In this full-time, permanent position based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of the company's regional business units, ensuring they align with the overall corporate objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the regional business group yearly budget planning to ensure that the product's target setting and distribution is in accordance with the region's strength, manpower, and aligned with the company direction.
2. Monitor and analyze each region's sales performance and provide reports to respective regions to review sales activities planning and effectiveness.
3. Plan and strategize the sales recruitment activities, events, and explore new recruitment channels to optimize sales performance.
4. Plan and organize year-long training and development programs to ensure that the region's operational processes are in accordance with the latest SOP and guidelines, enhance customer service level and customer experience, and ensure continuous improvement to operational excellence.
5. Plan and develop new branch setups and maintenance planning for existing branches.
6. Review, update, and improve processes and procedures periodically to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
7. Ensure region office sales, region/branch profit and loss, branch operation, and customer service are in accordance with company KPIs.
8. Develop and execute regional sales plans/strategies for business development and expansion.
9. Ensure all plans/strategies are implemented in line with corporate mid-term objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably in banking/financial institutions with at least 5 years management exposure.
• Good written and communication skills, analytical minded with a sense of accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
