Position Summary
Straumann Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Product Marketing, CCS (Connected Customer Solutions) APAC to drive market expansion and ensure the commercial success of our digital solutions portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in advancing the next generation of Straumann digital solutions, supporting the strategic growth of the rapidly expanding CCS business in APAC.

- Patient-specific design services & integrated digital dentistry workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Success: Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies that align with global strategy and address local customer needs across APAC.
- Business Model Innovation: Implement new business models and create value-driven marketing strategies for regional market penetration and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with regional and global teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution within a high-growth, matrix organization.
- Market Intelligence & Positioning: Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitors to refine value propositions and differentiate offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain a strong presence in key APAC markets through travel (30-40%) and work closely with country teams to support localized initiatives.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performance team of product marketing managers to drive commercialization of Straumann digital solutions across the CCS portfolio.
- Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies for key customer segments.
- Design and implement new business models to lower entry barriers, promote market penetration, ensure profitability, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead the development of sales and marketing plans, along with supporting tools, to achieve commercial success.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Market (VOM) initiatives to gather insights for product innovation and strategy.
- Oversee product launch readiness, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop localized strategies and share best practices.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business.
- At least 10 years of proven success in commercial leadership or product management.
- Minimum 5 years in the dental industry, with strong digital dentistry experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership and development.
- Extensive knowledge of digital solutions in dentistry.
- Experience leading complex product launches.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
