Your new role
This leadership role will drive pricing strategy, oversee portfolio performance, and ensure regulatory alignment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including underwriting, product, and distribution, while mentoring a team of pricing actuaries and analysts. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in motor pricing, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance commercial and actuarial perspectives.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Pursuing or completing actuarial professional exams (e.g. IFoA, SOA, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in General Insurance, with significant focus on Motor Pricing
- Proven leadership in developing and implementing pricing strategies for Motor products
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in underwriting, portfolio management, or finance will be an added advantage, especially if supported by strong numerical and data skills
- Proficient in actuarial tools and software (e.g. Emblem, Radar, SAS, R, Python)
