Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the retail industry to increase brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and innovative ideas.
  • Manage digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee retail promotions, in‑store campaigns, experiential marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, store operations, merchandising, and product teams to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on retail trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to keep marketing strategies relevant and innovative.
Requirements
