Their innovative solutions are transforming how businesses handle transactions with a full suite of products that allow businesses to accept, process, and disburse payments. As part of their 2025 growth plans, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing, SEA to shape the future of their enterprise business, while managing an exceptional marketing team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President for SEA, the Head of Marketing, SEA will drive customer acquisition, own the marketing budget and strategy for the region. Your peers in the role are Head of Enterprise Sales, Head of Compliance, Head of Finance etc.

Here are the key measurable in this sales leadership role:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve ambitious growth in SEA
  • Lead and mentor a lean, yet high-performing team of 4-5
  • Own brand building, market positioning and competitor analysis
  • Optimize execution in performance marketing, SEA, content teams
  • Define and track key KPIs, optimize marketing effectiveness, and improve conversion rates
  • Provide regular insights about the market to the leadership team and drive GTM plans for new market launches
  • Establish best practices for marketing in the team and align on brand strategy with HQ

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • Ten or more years of enterprise marketing experience in fintech, payment, ecommerce, SaaS or related fields
  • Regional experience, with deep market knowledge of Singapore & Malaysia markets is a must
  • Expertise in digital channels, content development, events etc.
  • Experience of implementing marketing automation and CRM tools at a regional scale
  • Hiring and leading a lean, but seasoned team that's covering SEA markets
  • Strong understanding of technologies, trends, and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication skills & executive presence, as the leadership are across a few countries, so you need to have strong articulation skills
  • Strong network with digital and Public Relations agencies
