Job description

Job Overview:

The Head of Marketing, PR & Communications is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, public relations, and communications strategies to enhance the Group’s brand presence, drive growth and support business objectives. This role leads the marketing and communications team, collaborates across business units and ensures cohesive messaging and positioning of the Group in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing, PR and communications strategy aligned with the Group's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee brand development and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels.

· Marketing Management:

  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer

acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours and competitive landscape to develop informed marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan, manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

· Public Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the Group's reputation and manage media relations.
  • Prepare press releases, media kits and other PR materials.

· Communications:

  • Oversee internal and external communications, including corporate messaging, crisis management and employee communications.
  • Ensure all communication materials and channels reflect the Group's brand voice and values.
  • Manage the content strategy for various platforms, including social media, website and email campaigns.

· Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, PR and communications team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.

· Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with senior management, operation team and other business units to align marketing and communication strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, stakeholders, business partners, business associates and vendors as needed.

· Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing and PR initiatives through analytics and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

· Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, PR, and communications, with at least 3 years in a senior management role as leader.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Experience in managing a team and working cross-functionally with various business units.

· Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing and PR tools, platforms and software.
  • Ability to analyse data, generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
