A leading healthcare provider in Malaysia seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to develop strategies that enhance market share and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have relevant industry experience and strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Develop, implement and manage sales & marketing strategy and campaigns to grow market share, achieve revenue targets, increase patient volume, identify new businesses/revenue drivers, explore business development and growth opportunities.
Develop & implement strategic plans in managing affiliates/partners across Corporate Sectors, Third Party Agents, Insurers, GPs, etc. to increase revenue and grow market share.
Provide day-to-day leadership to sales & marketing team to achieve revenue & UOS objectives, with overall responsibility for achieving hospital revenue & UOS targets.
Identify and execute sales & marketing initiatives based on customer/patient journey to develop and build long-term, value-based customer relationships to meet business goals.
Develop & execute marketing campaigns to build brand equity, increase market share and grow revenue for the respective hospitals.
Build relationships with partners to create strong business relationships. Develop hospital affiliate partner plans, including account profile, analysis, strategy, objectives, and action plan.
Continuously seek new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive revenue growth & market share, positioning the hospital as the leading preferred healthcare provider in Malaysia.
Map and evaluate partner & competitive landscape to identify trends that may lead to changes in sales & marketing strategies to meet or exceed business goals and customer expectations.
Requirements:
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or insurance industry managing or servicing key accounts.
Team player with strong negotiation skills, good leadership, accountability, self-motivation, result orientation, and customer focus.
Excellent business acumen, strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and marketplace dynamics.
Strategic & analytical thinking to position the hospital according to its aims and direction.
