- Deliver actionable recommendations and align legal strategies with the organization’s business objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks related to the company’s operations.

Legal Strategy and Regulatory Compliance
- Formulate and implement comprehensive legal strategies to support corporate goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes, ensuring the organization’s full compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on the impacts of regulatory updates and advise on necessary actions.
Promoting Legal Awareness and Compliance Culture
- Lead efforts to foster a compliance-driven culture across the organization.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with legal policies and regulatory standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen the internal compliance and control framework, promoting open communication around legal matters.
Leadership and Department Development
- Oversee and manage the legal department, monitoring team performance, development, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture, advancing team members' commercial and technical skills.
- Mentor team members to ensure they effectively support the business with sound legal counsel.
Dispute Management and Resolution
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with solid expertise in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong background in property and corporate transactions.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to foresee legal risks.
- Proven experience in senior leadership, managing a legal team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
