  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and Management, providing insights on legal, compliance, and governance issues.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations and align legal strategies with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks related to the company’s operations.

Legal Strategy and Regulatory Compliance
