What You'll Do

1. Learning & Development
2. Identify learning needs and gaps in current approaches.
3. Develop learning frameworks, strategies, and approaches.
4. Create tailored learning materials for diverse audiences.
5. Implement and evaluate a variety of learning and development programs.
6. Manage external L&D providers and resources.
7. Develop blended learning platforms (face-to-face, online, etc.).
8. Oversee onboarding processes aligned with company values.
9. Utilize Learning Management System to evaluate learning outcomes.
10. Stay updated on innovative learning methods and implement them.
11. Collaborate with Regional GMs and Senior Leaders to identify training needs.
12. Manage L&D budget, ensuring programs stay within limits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, capable of handling sensitive information thoughtfully.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and translate them into effective programs.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships.
• Experience in delivering engaging training programs and developing learners' skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Singapore occasionally.
