Job Description
- Strategize & Implement: Drive the regional TM&D strategy, aligning it with global objectives and ensuring its seamless execution.
- Talent Mastery: Lead talent review processes, identify and develop high-potential talent pools, and champion internal mobility.
- Development Dynamo: Conduct needs assessments, design impactful development programs, and implement innovative learning solutions using the 70/20/10 framework.
- Technology & Data Champion: Leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver engaging learning experiences and ensure robust talent data governance.
- Wellness & Engagement Advocate: Foster a culture of wellbeing and engagement through impactful initiatives and regional action plans.
- Global Collaboration: Contribute to global projects and collaborate with business leaders to drive functional TM&D initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Learning and Talent Development should have:
- A strong background in learning and leadership development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management strategies and learning development.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
