Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: The Head of IT is responsible for managing the entire IT development and operations within the country, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and standards, and supporting the Group IT Strategy and IT operations under the Group CTO function. This role will report to the Group CTO and the country COO/CEO.

- IT Security Compliance:
- Comply with the IT Security Policy and Standards.
- Take necessary measures to safeguard information and facilities.
- Report all security incidents promptly to management.
- IT Development and Operations Management:
- Manage the IT development and operations within the country.
- Define technical vision and development strategies.
- Drive improvements for efficient delivery.
- Knowledge and Best Practices Sharing:

- Ensure continuous skill development.
- Resource Optimization:
- Optimize resource use through capacity planning.
