Job Description
- Develop and execute the M&A strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives
- Collaborate with the CEO, CSO, CFO, and executive team to identify strategic opportunities for inorganic growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to guide acquisition targets
- Deal origination and execution, together with pipeline management
- Lead and coordinate due diligence activities (financial, legal, operational, tax, commercial)
- Conduct or oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Evaluate deal structures and financing options
- Post merger integration
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years in investment banking, advisory, corporate finance, M&A, investments, corporate development or private equity
- Proven track record in leading successful M&A transactions
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling and market analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in M&A transactions.
