Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of progressive information security experience with 3–5 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
• Experience in financial services/regulatory environments within the broader APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security architecture and defense-in-depth for enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, virtualization, cloud (AWS), M365, and endpoints.
• Oversee security tooling: EDR, WAF, SIEM; ensure log integration, alerting, and incident response readiness.
• Drive regulatory compliance with MAS TRM, privacy requirements, audits, and incident management.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, SLAs, and continuous service improvements.
• Mentor and develop security engineering teams; communicate risk in business terms.
