Overview

We are looking for talent to join our leadership team as Head of Information Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional with expertise in gaming-related systems—such as slot machine platforms, gaming servers, or casino management software—and solid exposure to cybersecurity practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the organization’s IT strategy, managing infrastructure, and ensuring reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions to support business growth in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement the organization’s information technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide strategic guidance on IT risks, opportunities, and emerging technologies.

Technology & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and applications.

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and service-level agreements.

• Support and maintain gaming-related IT systems, including slot machine networks, casino management software, and related applications.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Ensure that cybersecurity best practices are integrated into all IT operations.

• Oversee data protection, access controls, and incident response processes.

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and gaming industry standards.

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Information Technology team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Provide training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped with both IT and cybersecurity skills.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior information technology leadership role.

• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity management (e.g., network security, threat detection, incident response, compliance frameworks).

• Prior exposure to gaming-related software and platforms, such as:

  • Slot machine systems and integrations

  • Gaming servers, monitoring tools, or payment gateways for gaming platforms

• Experience managing IT budgets, large-scale projects, and vendor relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Solid knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
