The Head of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives of the organization. This executive role ensures the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems, supports business goals through technology innovation, and leads the IT department in delivering excellence in service, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, data management, and support services.

Direct digital transformation initiatives and adopt new technologies that enhance business performance.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and policies to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware and software.

Establish IT governance and ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.

Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption of innovative tools to maintain competitive advantage.

Ensure business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and leading digital transformation.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
