About us

Your Contribution

  1. HR Partnering
    • Partner with the business team to support the people strategy for business growth.
    • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) and specialists to provide comprehensive HR solutions and support to the business team.
    • Develop and deliver HR strategies to meet business needs.
  2. The HR Partner is responsible for specializing in one of the following three functions:
  3. Talent Acquisition
    • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment processes from talent sourcing, selection, to onboarding.
    • Proactively build and maintain a competitive talent database for the company.
  4. Learning & Development (L&D)
    • Strategize and review training programs, objectives, and outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Design, develop, and facilitate internal training programs.
  5. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
    • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including job descriptions, salary reviews, and benchmarking.
    • Responsible for job sizing and evaluation of compensation data across all positions.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proven track record in project management and HR partnership.
  • Experience in consulting and change management.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent HR generalist, analytical, and conflict management skills.
  • Able to diagnose issues and coordinate stakeholders to successful project completion.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, project management, training, facilitation, and Employment Act.
