Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic People & Organization Leadership
- Design and drive a long-term People Strategy that supports business expansion, IPOreadiness, and scalable growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership on organizational structure, capabilitybuilding, and workforce transformation.
- Oversee workforce planning and capability mapping for future needs.
- Lead succession planning, ensuring bench strength for leadership and key roles.
2.Culture Stewardship & Employee Experience
- Champion and evolve a high-trust, values-driven culture that aligns with intrixs core values,business performance and well-being.
- Lead employee engagement efforts with regular pulse checks, action-based insights, andtransparent communications.
- Design programs that foster inclusion, psychological safety, and purpose-driven work.
- Champion DEI as a strategic imperative, not a compliance exercise.
3.Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Strategy
- Build and lead a talent acquisition strategy that attracts top-tier, growth-aligned talent.
- Strengthen employer branding to reflect our mission, culture, and future ambitions.
- Modernize onboarding to drive early impact and lasting retention.
- Use data-driven recruitment planning to anticipate and fulfill future skills demand.
4.Performance Enablement & Capability Building
- Lead the evolution of a Performance Management System (PMS) that is clear, fair, andaligned with company goals.
- Establish a learning and development framework that supports continuous growth,upskilling, and leadership excellence.
- Launch and sustain leadership development programs to nurture high-potential talent andsuccession readiness.
- Promote accountability, agility, and learning as core team norms.
- Implement and manage people analytics dashboards to track engagement, retention,diversity, and productivity.
- Report key people metrics for leadership, board, and investor discussions.
- Ensure HR governance, ethical labor practices, and employee documentation meet IPO andregulatory standards.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to contribute to ESG reporting and audit readiness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership orHead of HR/Talent/Culture role.
- Proven experience in organizational design and transformation for scaling companies.
- Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business objectives at the executive level.
- Passion for building inclusive, empowering, and future-ready organizations.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and dashboards to inform culture and workforceinitiatives.
- Experience with AI, data visualization, or automation in HR would be a bonus.

Remuneration Package
Up to MYR 15,000 (Depends on experience)
