Job Description

  • Drive a high-performing, business-oriented culture aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of HR policies, procedures, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee all core HR functions, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and workplace safety.
  • Identify staffing needs and execute best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; recommend updates as needed.
  • Stay current on HR trends, technologies, and legal changes, and translate insights into business-relevant actions.
  • Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Champion employee development through structured training, upskilling, and certification programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance, with a commitment to zero harm.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies in line with Company's standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure ethical, legal, and regulatory compliance across all HR and EHS practices.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 15 years senior HR experience, within manufacturing in high manpower operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
