We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of HR to lead the transformation of our organization into a digitally savvy, learning-driven, and culturally vibrant workplace. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong execution skills, passionate about people development, digital HR transformation, and building a high-performance culture that adapts to change and thrives in the future of work. As a key member of the management team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and work closely with department heads to ensure it is a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Digital Transformation
• Lead HR digitalization processes to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
• Upgrade HR technology platforms (HRIS, employee self-service, digital onboarding, e-learning).
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and create a mindset shift towards digital-first thinking.
2. Organizational Culture & Change Management
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Lead culture transformation initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and empowering work environment through consistent
communication, recognition programs, and leadership development.
3. Employee Upskilling & Talent Development
• Implement a comprehensive L&D strategy to upskill and reskill employees across all functions.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and external providers to deliver development journeys.
• Introduce digital learning platforms, blended learning approaches, and future-ready training
programs (e.g., data literacy, leadership, digital tools) for the internal talent journeys.
4. Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Act as a strategic advisor on organizational structure and succession management.
• Support leaders in building capabilities to lead teams effectively through change and growth.
5. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Oversee a modern recruitment process with a focus on hiring for future skills and cultural fit.
• Strengthen employer brand through digital presence, talent marketing, and employee advocacy.
• Build strong talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, platforms, and networks.
6. HR Governance & People Operations
• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and aligned with organizational values.
• Monitor HR data, analytics, and KPIs to make evidence-based decisions.
• Mentor HR team to be proactive business partners with strong digital and strategic capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build capabilities across all HR functions.
• Collaborate closely with HODs to ensure HR strategies are integrated into daily operations.
• Represent HR in leadership team meetings and board-level discussions.
8. HR Data & People Analytics
• Analyse HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention and performance.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
• Generate and review monthly HR reports covering key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and
attrition, hiring progress, training hours, employee engagement scores, and more.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in HR digital transformation, organizational culture building, and L&D strategy.
• Strong project management skills and experience implementing HR tech or change initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
