Responsibilities

1. Align with SNU Director on plans and vision through engagement sessions and reviews.
2. Lead the HCEM vision, progress planning, and implementation.
3. Evaluate and propose KPIs and success metrics across MBUs.
4. Map skills and capabilities by MBU to ensure development aligns with business needs.
5. Set motivational reward and recognition plans with SEA HR.
6. Ensure synergy among team leads to link planning, deployment, and tracking.
7. Maintain a market focus, understanding FMCG, healthcare, therapeutic landscapes.
8. Guide the team to meet HCEM objectives.
9. Engage stakeholders to set expectations for initiative rollouts.
10. Understand business needs and team capabilities to develop appropriate roadmaps.
11. Negotiate and build field force measures to enhance capabilities.
12. Manage financials and budgets in collaboration with SEA finance.
13. Lead negotiations with agencies, partners, and system providers.
14. Build and sustain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
15. Drive new ways of working and technological support.
16. Consolidate key information for management reviews.
17. Optimize plans based on feedback and needs.
18. Work with legal and compliance teams for smooth project transitions.
19. Collaborate with Global HCS Solution team for local deployment strategies.

About You

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Nutrition preferred.
2. Strong understanding of HCP sales environments and digital literacy.
3. Influential, consultative, and compliant with legal frameworks.
4. Data-driven with strategic and enterprise thinking.
5. Minimum 2 years regional experience in commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness.
6. Experience in learning and development for field teams.
7. People management skills with over 2 years of experience.
8. Strong relationship-building and social skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
