  • Lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies to position the company’s retail assets as premier lifestyle and shopping destinations.
  • Lead and manage a team of mall marketing professionals, setting clear goals, driving performance, and building capability across the group.
  • Drive portfolio-level marketing innovation, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to shape long-term strategy and campaigns.
  • Spearhead advertising, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across the retail portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with leasing, operations, and asset management teams to align marketing with business objectives and support revenue growth.
  • Establish frameworks for events, promotions, and shopper engagement initiatives to drive footfall and improve tenant performance across the retail portfolio.
  • Cultivate and manage high-level partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and corporate sponsors to increase brand visibility and strategic value.
  • Oversee and optimize the group marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources.

skills and experience required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in retail or property marketing.
