Job summary

IOI Properties Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager-General Manager, Group Cybersecurity - Technology Governance to lead the Group Cybersecurity & Technology Governance function. This role provides strategic leadership and independent oversight of cybersecurity, technology risk and governance across IOI Properties Group.

The position requires guiding cybersecurity strategy and governance, risk frameworks, incident oversight, and collaboration with Group Infrastructure &

Qualifications

12+ years in cybersecurity or IT governance with senior leadership experience.
Strong ability to influence senior management and boards.
Experience across risk management, incident response and cyber strategy.
Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, AI and data security is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, policies and standards.
Oversee enterprise-wide technology risk and cyber risk frameworks.
Provide governance of incidents, threat monitoring, resilience and crisis simulations.
Advise senior management and Board committees on material cyber risks and investments.
Lead and develop the GCTG team and foster a risk-aware culture.
