Your Role as a Supervisor cum Front Desk Receptionist

As a Supervisor cum Front Desk Receptionist, you will handle reception duties, oversee front desk operations, manage therapists, resolve disputes, and act as the key liaison for staff and customers.

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement – Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring top-tier hospitality.
  • Appointment & Scheduling Management – Manage bookings efficiently via phone, email, and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Sales & Upselling – Promote wellness services confidently to boost sales.
  • Administrative Duties – Handle clerical tasks, emails, inventory, and facility upkeep.
  • Security & Cleanliness – Ensure the center is secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Team Oversight – Lead front desk staff, delegate tasks, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Therapist Management – Handle therapist assignments, attendance, and dispute resolution.
  • Customer Dispute Handling – Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
  • Operational & Facility Monitoring – Report maintenance issues to management.
  • Communication & Reporting – Keep management informed of risks, staff challenges, and improvement opportunities.
