Job Description

Your job duties will include;

  • Managing and leading the day-to-day delivery of finance services from the shared services centre, ensuring performance, compliance, and excellence.
  • Manage and inspire a regional Finance Services team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Collaborate with global finance and business partners to align service delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial transactions and data.
  • Drive process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across all finance services.
  • Build a strong financial control environment with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled finance team while promoting a culture of critical thinking, accountability, and innovation.


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have;

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant Accounting/Finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Finance/Shared Services environment, with significant experience managing and overseeing large teams.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale regional operations and interacting with multifunctional stakeholders on a global scale.
  • A solution-oriented professional with a keen eye for process improvement, leveraging extensive experience in optimization and transformational change.
