Head of Finance (Construction)

A rapidly growing construction company is looking for a career-minded Head of Finance to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for this role.

Main responsibilities of the Head of Finance

1. Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations
2. Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
3. Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances
4. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes
5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance

Key requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
2. Professional certification such as MIA/ACCA/ICAEW
3. Experience in financial reporting
4. Ability to work independently and attention to detail
5. Experience in the construction or property development industry
