Head of Finance (Based in Malaysia, for J&T Singapore)

· Ensure compliance with Singaporean accounting requirements.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of Singapore government and management reporting.

· Establish and optimize internal data analysis reports.

· Lead yearly budgeting and bi-annual review processes.

· Support the CEO in long-term strategic planning and follow-up updates.

· Build relationships with banks.

· Coordinate with HQ on finance-related matters.

· Conduct finance training and workshops.

· Manage and develop the finance team.

· Oversee treasury management and cash flow operations overseas.

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA or relevant fields.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to liaise with Chinese-speaking overseas and local counterparts.

· Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet critical deadlines.

· Highly motivated, hands-on, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong commercial/business partnership skills to develop and strengthen relationships across business units.

· Understanding of Singapore's Tax Laws.
