• Établir des relations avec des auditeurs et agents fiscaux.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of the Group’s financial statements and reports.
2. Oversee the preparation of annual audited financial statements in compliance with the latest MFRS standards and assist in the annual audit process for the Group.
3. Perform variance analysis on the Group’s financial performance.
4. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and plans by liaising with relevant business units and departments.
5. Ensure statutory and financial compliance with the Group’s corporate accounting policies and standards.
6. Implement and monitor budgeting control systems, costing systems, and provide key performance indicators to support management decision-making.
7. Plan and monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables on a periodic basis.
8. Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external auditors, tax agents, banks, government agencies, and the board.
9. Ensure ongoing compliance with internal control policies and review their effectiveness regularly.
10. Review subsidiaries’ annual audited financial statements and tax computations.
11. Support and communicate accounting and reporting matters to subsidiary finance personnel.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
