If you have sales experince selling UPS(Uninteruptible Power Supply) to Datacenter, enterprise and/or hyperscaler, you are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferrably with sales leadership experience, handle both direct sales and channel/partner/distributor sales.

What you’ll do

The Head of Enterprise Sales is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieve annual sales and growth targets, through enterprise-level client acquisition and retention. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

1. A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country.
2. B. Strategic Leadership:
   1. a. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
   2. b. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
   3. c. Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
   4. d. Forecast revenue and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
3. C. Client Engagement:
   1. a. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
   2. b. Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
   3. c. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
   4. d. Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
4. D. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   1. a. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
   2. b. Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning.
   3. c. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
   4. d. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
   5. e. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values
   6. f. Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton PQ business
5. E. Market Intelligence:
   1. a. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
   2. b. Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
6. F. Team Manager:
   1. a. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals.
   2. b. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration.
7. G. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
   1. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
   2. b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
   3. c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
   4. d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
   5. e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
   6. f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
8. H. Market Strategy:
   1. Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive growth for Eaton PQ business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science

1. 10+ years of sales experience
2. 5+ years sales experience in IT and/or UPS Systems
3. 3+ years of managerial experience (preferrable)

Knowledge and network of Key stakeholders (Consultants, Integrators, End Users)
