Job Summary

Leads and completes the elicitation of business requirements and their translation into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will generally involve the coordination of work of other Business Analysts to deliver the required deliverables or will be a more technical role delivering multiple requirements as part of a moderate to large high-risk independent project.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Describe as-is-to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.
• Adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies.
• Plan, conduct, facilitate elicitation sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables.
• Understand customers' objectives, processes, and products to make recommendations.
• Assist the project manager in building the business case, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and developing a high-level plan.
• Produce requirement specifications and outline solution design documents throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalizing requirements documentation.
• Plan and follow up on business analyst activities for the project/program, and analyze and manage requirement risks, traceability matrix, and prioritize requirements.
• Support development of test plans, testing, implementation, and training activities, and perform quality review checks on solutions.
• Support post-implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits.
