Your new role

As the Head of the Distribution Centre, you will ensure seamless operations by overseeing the storage, movement and tracking of products accurately and efficiently - while closely coordinating with suppliers, production, and logistics partners to increase the distribution centre's operational efficiency. You will be working closely with 3rd party service providers to ensure order fulfilment rates are met to uphold the customer satisfaction metrics. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive work environment, as well.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive hands-on experience in FMCG/Retail Warehouse/Distribution Centres. (must have)
• Experienced in Contract Logistics & managing 3rd party service providers - FMCG/Retail goods. (must have)
• Experienced in root cause analysis and implementing process and system improvements and KPIs/SOPs to increase the distribution centre's operation efficiency and headcount productivity.
• Experienced in achieving set order fulfilment ratios and revising SOPs/KPIs to meet set order fulfilment targets supporting Export distributions
• Experienced in warehouse/distribution centres' organisational strategies, layout and space optimisation, and warehouse/distribution centre migration.
• Good understanding on logistics movement and activities to further improve warehouse operation - Import, Export & Local Distribution.
• Stakeholder management skills - align on inbound orders and closely work with other internal stakeholders to meet customers' demand and supply requirements in a timely manner.
