Job Description

The HOD Asia CRM and Sales Operations will be responsible for leading strategic thinking end to end programme management and delivery of our multi-year ambition on efficiency and productivity within the Sales and Service organization. Additionally, the HOD will maintain smooth day to day operations and enable commercial excellence within the Sales and Service organization.

Key deliverables include

  • Development of strategic data driven frameworks for delivery of multi-year transformational productivity programmes for Commercial Sales and Service organization. This will involve partnership and engagement with management consultants, internal and external stakeholders, senior leaders, subject matter experts etc. resulting in a comprehensive and compelling plan with end to end visualization of the strategy, multi-year productivity impact, plan for operationalization, risks and mitigation proposals etc.
  • Delivery of ongoing BAU productivity initiatives including identification and impact of potential interventions from a CRM, AI, Product perspective, to drive improved efficiency for Asia Sales and Service over the short and medium term (1-3 year horizon). This will entail a comprehensive understanding of current state operations and technology, and require close partnership with key leaders across Sales, Service, Finance and other functions to align strategy, methodology of benefits assessment, feasibility and cost-benefit analysis, delivery plan etc.
  • Programme Management and execution of ongoing Sales and Service Productivity initiatives to ensure new opportunities are captured, sized and prioritized for quarterly roadmaps, monitoring delivery to plan, and subsequent realization of benefits. HOD will need to drive partnership with Country and relevant Cross-Functional teams to ensure all required measures are in place for success, including training, adoption etc.
  • Maximization of current tools and systems such as CRM and internal AI for improved efficiency through continuous exploration of new opportunities. Leveraging tools to drive commercial excellence including client engagement, customer insights gathering etc.
  • Ensure smooth running of BAU commercial operations and provide cross-functional support on processes and operations for GTM, Product, Hirer and Candidate Growth, Data Privacy and other teams, as the case may be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and partner with management consultants, internal cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Tech, Strategy, Commercial and other relevant teams to develop a multi-year data-driven programme to transform productivity and efficiency within the Commercial Sales and Service organization.
    • In-depth analyses of operations to identify challenges and opportunities.
    • Developing data-driven strategies to optimise processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Preparing and delivering presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
    • Leading workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new practices.
    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Design and execute a holistic framework to identify opportunities for BAU efficiencies across functions (eg: day in the life, time-motion studies, effectiveness of communications and other tools, time spent on non-core activities etc.) and deliver BAU efficiencies
  • Programme Management across own and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time roll-out of solutions, risk mitigation, and operational readiness (including comms, enablement and other required support)
  • Always on stewardship and champion for new ways to drive productivity, operational excellence and value maximisation of tools.
  • Support ongoing BAU operational processes and excellence through Sales Operations monitoring, governance, ensuring best-practice adoption of Salesforce and tools for hygiene, performance and efficiency.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in business strategy consulting, process optimisation, or organisational change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Solid time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with strategic planning and business transformation projects.
  • Team and people management skills

This role is based in KL, reporting to Director, RBOX, with 3 direct reports (Sr. Manager – Asia Business Operations, Sr. Manager – Asia Sales Effiiciency, Sr. Manager – APAC Service Efficiency) and a planned team size of 9.
