Job summary

Menara Maxis, Malaysia, is seeking a Head of Data & AI DevOps to lead the end-to-end Data Warehouse architecture and the AI-ready data ecosystem. You will own infrastructure, implement governance, and drive CI/CD for data models and AI applications.

You will architect scalable data platforms, manage security controls, and guide a growing team of DevOps, DataOps and MLOps engineers to deliver impactful analytics and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, provisioning and management of enterprise Data Warehouse and infrastructure.
• Design an AI-ready data ecosystem with feature stores, vector databases, and LLM environments.
• Implement data governance, RBAC, data masking and audit logging for compliant autonomous AI operations.
• Develop and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines for data models, AI apps and infrastructure.
• Establish LLMOps, observability and FinOps practices to monitor latency, drift and costs.
