About the Team
The Head of Customs Management (AP wo.CN) is responsible for developing and leading the ZF AP outside CN Customs Management strategy in alignment with the Global Customs Management Strategies, processes, and standards.

- Definition and implementation of a “Regional Customs Management Strategy” aligned with the Global Customs Management Strategy/Team.
- Be the AP outside CN part of the Global Customs Management Team, the highest decision-making body within ZF regarding customs topics.
- Implement standards and methods for customs compliance within the region, ensuring adherence to AP government customs regulations.
- Drive the Internal Customs Control System (ICCS) and conduct Quick Checks at plant level to ensure customs compliance.
- Define, describe, implement, and control procedures to benefit from regional “Free Trade Agreements” (e.g., lower duties and costs).
- Manage, apply for, maintain, and ensure “International Security Initiatives” (AEO/C-TPAT/OEA) to be a reliable partner of customs authorities within the supply chain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Customs Broker license or relevant certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of AP Customs regulations, including free trade programs, compliance auditing, HTS classifications, and customs valuation.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customs administration or supply chain projects.
- Expertise in tariff classifications and country of origin issues.
- Supervisory experience in Materials Management or Logistics within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to analyze data and supply chain processes.
- Awareness training in IATF16949 and ISO 14001.
