Job description

Customer Supply Chain Strategy

  • Provides SC input to the Asia FC_P Market strategy; deploys and executes the FrieslandCampina SC Strategy within the OpCo.
  • Defines, implements, and continuously optimizes the Route to Market (Supply) strategy.

Leads End-to-End Customer Supply Chain:

  • Manages a customer-centric organized team responsible for Demand Planning, S&OP, Customer Operations, Customer Collaboration, Commercialization, and Logistics to serve the FC-P Asia Market.
  • Manages inventory and working capital, ensuring inventory reflects projected demand and optimizes working capital in line with targets.

Logistics and S&OP Process Parameters (KPI - Reporting):

  • Sets targets and ensures performance in cost, quality, and logistics & S&OP activities.
  • Maintains up-to-date and well-configured plan parameters and master data reflecting market requirements.

Quality Assurance (QA) - Sales:

  • Handles customer quality issues through FU Customer Service.
  • Coordinates stakeholders to define and execute corrective and preventive actions per OCCT guidelines.

Continuous Improvement: Supply Network and S&OP Processes:

  • Aligns the FU supply network with RFC guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence and continuous improvement in S&OP processes and standards.

Sourcing / Local OEM (including 3rd party manufacturing and partnerships):

  • Collaborates with Make and Procurement to define and execute sourcing strategies following RFC QA/RA standards.

Project Management (Supply Chain, Cross-Functional):

  • Initiates and manages improvement projects aligned with FU SC Strategy.

Human Resources Management & Team Development:

  • Builds and leads an effective FU SC team: recruiting, coaching, developing, appraising, rewarding, counseling, and terminating in accordance with RFC HR policies and standards.
